Weddings at the Hotel Paisano
The Hotel Paisano would appreciate the opportunity to host your wedding guests and/or events! Public spaces that are available for private rental include our ballroom, courtyard, fireplace lounge and sun porch. The Hotel Paisano Ballroom can seat up to up to up to 100 people for ceremonies, dinners or receptions. The ballroom may be entered through the lobby/lounge area or from the restaurant. The ballroom also opens to our swimming pool area. During the off-season, when it is not heated, a waterfall spills musically into the swimming pool. The central courtyard is furnished with tables and chairs as well as other sitting areas all around a tiered water fountain. Iron archways lead from the Texas Street sidewalk into the courtyard and from there guests may enter the hotel lobby, restaurant, and gift shop or fitness center. The archway gates may be closed during private parties. Standing balconies and patios overlook the courtyard from rooms and suites on the second floor. Additional seating may be placed in the courtyard for larger dinner parties. Temporary bars may be set up to serve outdoor parties. Musical performers may play outside or inside for dancing and entertainment. The sun porch is located at the west end of the mezzanine level and overlooks the hotel’s swimming pool. Perfect for small group meals, meetings or parties, this room is equipped with a working bar that may be stocked through our restaurant for private events. The room can be furnished with sofas for lounging or tables and chairs for meetings or meals. The fireplace lounge is located just off the hotel lobby and is the entrance to the ballroom or the indoor entrance to the restaurant. It has been the location of small wedding ceremonies, receptions and cocktail parties. For more information, or to check availability, please contact the hotel manager.

Hotel Paisano Gallery and Gifts
The Hotel Paisano Gallery and Gifts boasts many fine offerings for its guests, area residents and tourists. The retail shops of the Hotel Paisano offer a superb selection of gift and home décor items; clothing, jewelry and accessories; items of local interest; and a pleasing variety of books on art and related gift items. Greasewood Gallery exhibits year-round with original works of art for sale, exhibiting works by various artists and in various mediums. Oil and watercolor paintings; original photography and Giclee prints; sculpture; glass, wood and jewelry creations all may be found at Greasewood Gallery. Many of the featured artists have ties to the Big Bend area of West Texas and/or work and live in the tri-county area and often exhibit works which feature the beautifully rugged landscape. “The Paisano is just beautiful and was our favorite part of the trip to Marfa. You can almost hear the old swanky party music when you explore the common areas (check out the pool and private bar in the back). The room was clean and a nice balance of modern updates and charming coziness. The bed was VERY comfortable, and we had a room with a patio overlooking the courtyard that was a great place to people watch.”

High end food and service. I had the pistachio-crusted sirloin (a glorified CFS) and jalapeno gravy, with mashers, grilled jalapeno and peas in the shell, and the dinner was one of the top 3 CFS I have ever eaten….hands down.”
